Very good work again, Raspberry, if a bit short. You definitely captured the anger the SIIIs feel well, and I liked the implication it messes with unit cohesion. Interesting Malcolm feels challenged by them, while I got the implication from GoO that Blue Team thought they were inferior.

One nitpic, though: SIIs were at the oldest 14 when they went into combat. Recruited at six in 2517, deployed after augmentations in 2525 (possibly as early as 2524? I don't recall). Although the SIIIs were deployed a few years earlier than 13, too, I think.

Hmm, I think you're right. I kept confusing their birth date 2511 with their recruitment date. Oh well, I guess I can cover my ass and say that Malcolm specifically didn't see combat until he was 16, since he wasn't part of that first mission against the insurrectionists and didn't successfully deploy to the Covenant ship.
