--I don't see what this had to do with Halo, you forgot to capitalize Earth, but you get a 75/100. Would have been better if it had a naked Jackal and the 'Alpha male' Hunter right behind it.

Yeah, I think in your pursuit of well used poetic terms and phrases you kinda lost a large reference to Halo.

It was good, but it was off, too.

You didn't know what a Halo was? I'm assuming that the Halo you were refering that you didn't know what it was was the angel's Halo, not the Halo's Halo (god I've confused myself here) I liked it good job
