Coming from story potential alone, this is intriguing. Coming from a writing standpoint, this is more suited to a forum post than a fanfic submission.

If you took the effort to write this as a series, or even do a proper script format, I'd be into it. But what you give us instead is just a plot overview of a game that will never exist.

I'd encourage you to try working this out as a script or series. Some of the ideas are rough, but what you've got has the potential to be an interesting backstorty for a larger story.

I myself wrote a fanfiction sequel to Halo 3 so it is very hard for me to say this because your story contests with mine, but this is interesting. I like the idea of the Elite's thinking their alliance with the humans would stain their honor and how you included the Spirit of Fire.
