Geez, Chuckles... did you really have to press the 'Submit' button 43 times?
If you're getting an error on the submission, I'd MUCH rather you sent a quick note asking me if it made it in, than trying over and over and over and over and over again; it just leaves this huge mess in the input queue I have to clean up.
(Clearly, saving a local copy makes sense in this situation, in case it DIDN'T make it in.)
Thanks. |

Sorry Louis. I thought it didn't go through because it didn't get to the page. I should have realized what could have happened and saved you the trouble.
It won't happen again.

Louis Wu actually posted?! Holy shit! This is new!
Well, from my stand point it is.
But your song, it was really good. _________________

I've seen him post before. But, I guess I do "get around" more.
I'd agree with all that. (Though, the combat inside the Library itself is null in Halo 2) _________________ -MCC |

Yeah, MCC, after I wrote it I realized that I had written it completely for the first Halo. Old habits die hard.

I understand completely. Still, I would have liked to see that, too (with a couple Marine pals tagging along!).
That is one thing (about Halo 2) that I am looking forward to when Eric or whoever else (I hope Eric does it) writes the book for Halo 2. Like in Halo: The Flood I'm sure that the alternate perspetive of the other Humans (and Covenant) on the ring (and elsewhere) will be covered.
I'm expecting, and hoping for, a general increase in pages for the future books. (Darn my habit of reading stuff like Without Remorse and The Bear and the Dragon. I'm used to a lot of reading; good material.) _________________ -MCC |

--I've read all of your song parodies, but the actual songs you make fun of, I've never heard of them. Except The Caps and the Carnage. I understood that one completely.
--Anyway, it was good. Nice job on it. Can't wait for part five of Ghost of Erebus. Keep it up. |

I'm surprised I haven't heard anything from Dave Luck. Maybe he doesn't know this song. Now I bet if Metallica sang it . . .

--You know what I've noticed. Almost every time Louis Wu has posted it's been about how many times someone clicked the submit buttton, usually he adds how many times they did it under a certain time limit. |

Without Remorse
Great book. You really felt for him there, and that's usually hard to get me to do for a character.
And great parody. |

that was pretty good, like with rhyming and flow and stuff. just dont blame microsoft! we should all bow down and acknowladge the might and majesty of bill gates and jason jones.
| Quote: | | i am the prophet of the lord, sent down to spread the word of microsoft. at the begining of time, the lord set down a plan for the world. all would be good. men would rule, and women would boss the men. but, the lord's most wondrous creation was something that would rule all. the lord meant this creation to harbour peace, freedom, and happiness for all humanity. it would rule with a firm, but kind, hand. man named it microsoft, and the lord sent his only son, Bill Gates, to lead it. but the devil also learned of this creation, and decided to foil the lord's plan. thus, sony was created. |

I have to say it (again): I can't believe that Dave Luck didn't comment on this thread.
Dave? This is right your alley
