Sorry about the shortness of this one. I didn't have much time to write it with the time between jobs and picking up kids. But, the next one will be longer and, probably better too.

Wow, somebody else on here has kids?! Keeps you young.

Not bad, but a bit shallow. I liked the part about fighting with death, not against him, but the rest of it seemed like too much bravado. Maybe it wouldn't seem so corny if it wasn't a video game.

Man, there sure has been a lot of poetry lately. I used to say "kudos for having the guts to post poetry about Halo" on each poetry thread. I don't think I need to do that anymore--soon the poems will outnumber the stories.

I thought it was pretty cool. Like Chuckles said, the whole 'Fight Against Death' thing seemed pretty cool.

Pretty good. Wasn't as long as I like 'em; seemed a tad clipped. But, it was pretty good. Just needs a tad more material.
