Just one small thing. The moon orbits the Earth. So the Bombay would have to orbit the Earth the stay with the moon. If I remember correctly Sergeant Johnson says that all 300 (less now) stations were geostationary above the city which they were named after. But, like I said it's a small thing.

Becides that you wrote a good fan fiction.
