Hilarious. This is what the world needed.

Hilarious. My two favorite lines:
| Quote: | | "You'd think the Prophets would tell us that this battle was going to be fought with the Demon using Easy settings, now wouldn't you?" he said in extreme anger. |
And | Quote: |
"Greetings Demon, I come to you in the spirit of- " |
Something about a Grunt saying "Greetings Demon" that had me laughing out loud. Nice.

Just tellin' it like it is: Johnson's invincible, infinite ammo...that hilarious. Though I think Stacker dies and comes back a few times as well. Personally, I think the things Stacker says in Halo 2 are funnier than Johnson (see signature).
I enjoyed the Covie perspective on this one. Nice to get a fresh look...especially the "easy settings" quip. Well done. Nothing to say about the flow here, since it's a comedy piece and I don't like having trivial things such as "flow" ruin my comedic experience *looks around warily for MCC* _________________ ...now that's some gritty shizzle.

Pretty Good.
Not quite as funny as your last one, but I thought it was good. Still some GPS stuff you could pick up, but it was easy to brush off. Not much I can offer you besides the usual, so just keep working.
Looking forward to the next chapter.

Question: are you going level to level on this? Cuz I think that what's you're doing, and it would be pretty funny to hear someone just start riping on the Scarab.
Not to mention the Arbiter flipping out about how his active camo "will not last."...
**********
The Arbiter stared at Half-Jaw in disbelief. "I'm the Covenant's greatest warrior! Even that f***ing Grunt's camo lasts longer than mine!"
The Grunt shrugged. "He's right...I always did wonder that..."

Yeah, I've been longing to rip on the Scarab for some time now. I always thought it belonged in another game, like Serious Sam- a legendary game worthy of the highest praise- seriously.
Oh, and I know the storyline is pretty much a rerun of the Campaign mode, but that's about to change very soon...
See you all later and thanks for your comments

*MCC walks causally up behind Azrael, giving him a firm pat on the back* Did you notice how horrible the flow on this was? And the detail... Don't people take writing seriously any more?!
Ehem.
No, I was simply kidding. Though I do think that even comedies should be written well, and so the author should try to do so, I tried my best to look over the small stuff.
Now for quotes I liked:
| Quote: | | "I mean, we'd have a better chance smacking the Demon across the face with a food nipple!" |
and
| Quote: | | "...and we can use the Grunts for recreational gambling." |
I appreciated the others mentioned, too, of course.
Good stuff. I don't think sticking to the set storyline will hurt things. But do what you will.
Overall, this was pretty good. The hilarity was not dry or silly, as some comedies are. Keep it up. _________________ -MCC |

Uhm... before I swing my judgement hammer down, was your work indended as a comedy?

| Lol of course, it's basically just what I think of the strange flaws that Halo 2 has, but incorporated into a story. |
